4th Annual Windmills Don Deia Memorial Tournament

After a rain-shortened Saturday afternoon, the 4th Annual Windmills Don Deia Memorial Tournament finished strong and on a high note for everybody.  The championship game featured the Orland Park Sparks versus the St. Louis Stingers.  In a hard fought contest, the Sparks emerged victorious to take home the first place trophy.

This year's tournament featured 15 12-under teams from throughout the Midwest, and the level of competition was consistently high. The Oak Park Park District and Oak Park Youth Baseball/Softball were two local supporting organizations whose help was instrumental to the overall success of the tournament.

Once again the Windmills parents were the backbone of the weekend volunteer effort.
